A short description of the SecurityAdmin sample code for the usage of developers

SecurityAdmin sample application:
-----------------------------------
This sample application demonstrates how to perform various commands related to 
the security administration of Intel(R) AMT.

How to run the sample:
----------------------
1. Open "SecurityAdmin.csproj" in Microsoft Visual Studio* and build the project
   An output file "SecurityAdmin.exe" should be created.
2. Make sure that Intel.Wsman.Scripting.dll is located in the same place as the
   "SecurityAdmin.exe" file.
3. Make sure that the Intel(R) AMT device has been activated on the target
   machine. 
4. Use the generated executable as described in the command usage (type the 
   command to get the usage instructions).

Notes:

1. This sample uses the Intel.Wsman.Scripting.dll library.
